An Arabic word that loosely translates to ‘Fish Expert’, Samakjé lives up to its name. Setting a new paramount for premium contemporary Lebanese cuisine, Samakjé is an ode to the mastery of fishermen who expertly pick, prepare and plate well-seasoned and skillfully cooked seafood.
